About Heida
Heida — known as Savagnin Blanc outside Valais and as Païen in the Jura — is one of Switzerland's most ancient grape varieties. Grown on the highest vineyards in Europe (up to 1,100 meters at Visperterminen), it produces rich, full-bodied whites with exotic aromas and excellent aging potential. The Visperterminen Heida is a unique Swiss wine experience: altitude viticulture at its most extreme.
